• Lead, coach, and develop the local operations team.
• Establish, develop, and optimise supply chain processes.
• Own inventory management, balancing product availability with cost control.
• Manage and optimise 3PL relationships to ensure service excellence.
• Oversee customer service and order management to ensure smooth fulfilment.
