Job summary

Lucy Electric Energy Services Ltd in the UK is seeking a senior sales professional to manage the full Lucy Electric product range across the UK & Ireland. You will lead a sales team, drive revenue, and develop new business while coordinating with service delivery and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will need a strong track record in engineering sales, bid management, and contract negotiations to deliver profitable growth and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Extensive and proven engineering sales/business development experience.
• Experience managing multiple medium to large-scale bids.
• Experience of selling to UK Private sector, DNOs, EPCs, ICPs and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales targets and profitability for the UK & Ireland territory.
• Lead and develop the sales team with clear targets and monitoring.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery, PMO and Operations for seamless account management.
• Prepare budgets, pricing, proposals and monthly forecasts.
