Job summary

Voi Technology in the United Kingdom seeks a senior leader to head Fleet Management (UK&I). You will steer the fleet’s long-term strategy, budgets and city plans while coaching a large, multi-city team to optimise asset utilisation and cost performance.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Central teams, ensuring safety, compliance, and a high‑performance culture as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a senior operational role with multi-city teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering or business.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, P&L and cost performance.
• Ability to deliver cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of 3PL models and workforce management.
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience using AI to improve output quality.
• Full professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coach fleet managers across UK&I and remove blockers.
• Set standards for clear communication and prioritisation.
• Develop long-term fleet strategy, budgeting and city plans.
• Own cost side of P&L and optimise spend by city.
• Plan capacity and recruit to meet SLAs at low cost.
• Own vehicles, facilities and equipment lifecycle and utilisation.
• Collaborate with UK&I leadership and Central Ops for safety and governance.
