Job summary

Aspired Talent Ltd in Chorley is seeking an Internal Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in the UK & Ireland market. You will handle outbound calls, manage customer relationships, and support the sales cycle from enquiry to quoting, while updating CRM records and performing related admin tasks.

Role offers field visiting when needed, a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule, and uncapped commission with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
Excellent verbal communication with a customer-centric approach.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

Outbound telephone communication with customers and developing relationships.
Processing and administering customer enquiries from costing to quotation and completion.
Updating the CRM system with customer and supplier information.
Carrying out ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Pushing out into the field to visit customers and develop target regions if required.
Support the achievement of sales and growth goals; work with internal teams.
