Job summary

Schneider Electric UK&I is seeking a senior leader to define and execute the UK&I Services strategy for Secure Power, Cooling and Cloud & Service Providers. You will own the lifecycle of the Secure Power and Cooling Services portfolio and drive growth through new offerings and localized pricing.

The role requires strong strategic planning, experience in services strategy, and the ability to influence across Services, Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications

Experience in Services Strategy, Offer Management or Portfolio Leadership.
Strong commercial, analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
Experience working in a matrix organisation and influencing senior stakeholders.
Experience with CRM, ERP, Pricing, CPQITD and ISX Design including Oracle.
Understanding of Secure Power GTM and IT Channel / EcoXperts.
Technical knowledge of UPS, data halls, distribution, cooling and power quality.

Responsibilities

Define and own the UK&I Services strategy for Secure Power and Cooling.
Lead the UK&I Services strategy for Cloud & Service Providers including hyperscale and colocation customers.
Own the lifecycle management of the Secure Power and Cooling Services portfolio.
Drive development, launch and adoption of new service offerings.
Govern and deploy localized offers and pricing for Secure Power Services for UK&I.
Monitor AI-ready data centres, liquid cooling, sustainability, digital services and resilience trends.
Drive revenue growth, profitability and services attachment rates.
Influence cross-functional stakeholders across Services, Sales, Marketing, Segment Teams, Secure Power and Cooling.
