Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a UK&I Services strategy leader to define and execute the Secure Power, Cooling and C&SP services agenda. You will own portfolio growth, drive new service offerings and partner with Sales, Marketing and Segment teams to accelerate revenue and lifecycle adoption.

You will shape GTM, pricing and channel models for UK&I, staying ahead of market trends in data centre infrastructure and sustainability. This role offers significant impact and leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in Services Strategy, Offer Management, Business Development or Portfolio Leadership.
• Strong understanding of data centres, critical infrastructure, power or cooling markets.
• Proven commercial, analytical and strategic planning capability.
• Experience working within a matrix organisation and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with CRM, ERP, Pricing, CPQITD and ISX Design – including Oracle
• Clear understanding of Secure Power GTM and Channels including IT Channel and EcoXperts
• Technical understanding of UPS, Data halls, Distribution, Cooling and Power Quality systems

Responsibilities

• Define and own the UK&I Services strategy for Secure Power and Cooling.
• Lead the UK&I Services strategy for Cloud & Service Providers including hyperscale and colocation customers.
• Own the lifecycle management of the Secure Power and Cooling Services portfolio.
• Drive development, launch and adoption of new service offerings.
• Govern and deploy localized offers and pricing for Secure Power Services offers for UK&I
• Monitor AI-ready data centres, liquid cooling, sustainability, digital services and resilience trends.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and services attachment rates.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders across Services, Sales, Marketing, Segment Teams, Secure Power and Cooling.
