Schneider Electric seeks a seasoned leader to head the Digital Energy Service Regional organisation in the UK, delivering on both contracted and non-contracted field activities. You will be responsible for financial performance, customer satisfaction, and the adoption of best practices across the service workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Energy Service Regional organisation in execution of contracts and field quotes.
• Ensure compliance with quality processes and drive continuous improvements.
• Oversee safety practices, site audits and training for field teams.
• Grow regional revenue and profitability through effective service delivery and contract management.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to develop engagement plans for lost/dormant accounts.
• Develop and implement resource plans for field engineers and scheduling.
