Schneider Electric UK is seeking a senior regional service leader to drive the Digital Energy Service region. You will manage field quote activity, ensure financial performance, and deliver customer satisfaction in line with quality standards.

The role partners with the Service Delivery Expert and cross-functional teams to grow contracted and non-contracted revenues while upholding safety and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with our quality process and drive continuous improvements.
• Health and safety practices - cascade of Moment of Month, toolbox talks and Weekly Safety briefs.
• Ensure audit of site personnel to maintain highest safety practice and mitigation of injuries.
• Regional Contract Revenue and Non-Contract Revenue performance - grow field quote activity and build pipeline.
