Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing across the UK&I portfolio, building strong relationships with onsite teams and suppliers. You will identify commercial and service benefits, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure compliant processes from supplier onboarding to contract execution.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Excellent written and numerical skills required.
• Procurement experience of at least 5 years.
• MCIPS desirable but not essential.
• Fluent in English; second European language a bonus.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• PowerBI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage local stakeholders and advocate procurement value.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and supplier onboarding.
• Lead end-to-end procurement processes and tender documents.
• Administer contract lifecycle via Luminance platform.
• Support supplier onboarding and due diligence.
