UK & Ireland Procurement Manager – Strategic Sourcing

Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Procurement Manager to drive strategic sourcing across the UK & I portfolio, partnering with onsite teams to deliver commercial and service benefits. The role focuses on building a supplier base, defining SLAs and managing end-to-end procurement activities within a fast-paced real estate environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of procurement experience, strong stakeholder skills, and proficiency with CLM platforms and PowerBI.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and numerical skills.
• Procurement experience (5 years minimum).
• MCIPS (achieved or studying for) preferable but not essential.
• Fluent in English.
• A second European language would be beneficial.
• IT-literate with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook (intermediate).
• Experience of PowerBI would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Engage local stakeholders – demonstrate the value of procurement and build internal relationships.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and educate local stakeholders on systems and procedures.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including strategy, supplier identification and tender documents.
• Administer contract lifecycle via Luminance (CLM platform) – generation, negotiation, approval and storage.
• Support onboarding / due diligence for new suppliers and SRM activities.
• Compile contract summaries to support mobilization of new supplier agreements.
• Lead regional sourcing activity and contribute to wider procurement initiatives.
