Job summary

Light & Wonder in Manchester is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead our UK indirect sourcing as part of a global Procurement team. You will shape strategies, run tenders, and negotiate contracts, driving value while collaborating with international colleagues.

The role requires 4 days onsite in our Manchester office and the right to work in the UK. You will manage stakeholder relationships and own sourcing activity with a strong emphasis on cost, quality and risk management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally with indirect categories.
• Track record of running competitive sourcing and tender processes.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of contracts, supplier risk and UK procurement laws.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and stakeholders concurrently.
• Collaborative yet autonomous in a global, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing across indirect spend including IT, services, facilities, travel.
• Develop category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage RFI/RFP/RFQ processes from requirements to supplier selection.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to balance cost, quality and risk.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into sourcing specifications.
• Use spend analysis to identify savings and value opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance with KPIs and review cycles.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT and Data Protection on contracts and risk.
• Support supplier onboarding and improve S2P processes.
• Track and report savings and pipeline via procurement dashboards.
