Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Specification Manager to join a globally recognised HVAC and building services manufacturer. You will drive specifications across major UK construction projects and shape the department's growth.

You will engage with Consulting Engineers, M&E consultants, Architects, Developers and Contractors from early stages, providing technical guidance, CPDs, and ensuring products are specified before tender.

Qualifications

• Experience within HVAC, Heating, Plumbing or Building Services.
• Ability to engage with Consultants, Engineers, Architects and Contractors early in projects.
• Proven track record of developing specification strategies for UK projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive product specifications across UK HVAC, Heating, Plumbing and Building Services markets.
• Engage with M&E Consultants, Consulting Engineers, Architects, Developers and Contractors.
• Review technical drawings and BIM models to ensure compliant specifications.
• Deliver CPDs and technical presentations to support specification attainment.
