Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in West Midlands is seeking an experienced Specification Manager to lead HVAC, heating, plumbing and building services specifications across UK projects. You will engage with M&E Consultants, engineers, architects and developers to ensure our solutions are specified early in the project lifecycle.

As a technical expert, you will advise on system design, product selection and compliance, deliver CPDs and BIM reviews, and collaborate with the sales team to convert

• HVAC/building services background essential.
• Experience engaging with M&E consultants, engineers, architects and contractors.

Mansioni

• Drive product specifications across UK HVAC, Heating, Plumbing and Building Services markets.
• Develop relationships with M&E Consultants, Consulting Engineers, Architects, Developers and Contractors.
• Secure specifications on commercial, residential, industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Review technical drawings, specifications and BIM models.
• Support sales team to convert specifications into orders.
