Beiersdorf UK is launching the UK Beiersdorf Beyond Graduate Scheme, a dynamic two-year fixed-term programme that commences in September 2027, with onboarding in July 2027 at our Birmingham Head Office.

You will rotate across Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, Commercial and Supply Chain, gaining real responsibility in real business roles while receiving structured leadership training and the chance to contribute to sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree or above with graduation in 2027.
• Six months of practical experience.
• Eligible to work in the UK full-time.
• Flexible and adaptable to different business areas.
• Must be able to drive and relocate within commuting distance of Birmingham.
• Demonstrates eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, Commercial and Supply Chain.
• Take on real responsibilities in live business units.
• Participate in structured leadership training and development.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives and community partnerships.
