Job summary

Britvic’s three-year rotational graduate programme invites graduates to work with major UK retail and hospitality customers, turning sales and customer data into actionable insights while gaining exposure to cross-functional teams.

Starting 26th July 2027, the scheme offers two commercial placements and a clear path into permanent roles such as Account Management or Revenue Growth Management, backed by extensive benefits and a supportive development journey.

Qualifications

• Graduates from any discipline with a degree within the last 3 years.
• Commercial awareness and curiosity with an interest in customers, brands and markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication with high attention to detail.
• Evidence of motivation and achievement in academic or non-academic activities.
• Demonstrated leadership and structured work methodology.

Responsibilities

• Work with some of the UK's biggest retail and hospitality customers.
• Turn sales and customer data into insights that drive commercial decisions.
• Support customer plans, promotions and projects that deliver real business impact.
• Build relationships with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Present ideas and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders.
• Develop your commercial and negotiation skills through practical experience.
• Handle projects and contribute to shaping future growth.
