What is Embat?

What are we looking for?

As a Finance Account Executive UK, you should be a proven sales professional familiar with finance teams' challenges, understanding their needs around working capital, cash seasonality, and related themes. You will focus on mid-market and enterprise clients in the UK and DACH markets, managing both short and long sales cycles (2-4 months). You must be able to clearly articulate Embat's value to CFOs, Heads of Finance, Treasurers, and other senior decision-makers.

What will you do?

  • Understand finance teams' treasury management needs and communicate Embat's value.
  • Manage inbound leads and the entire sales and retention process for mid to large-sized businesses, engaging with finance teams.
  • Generate leads through targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and multitask effectively.
  • Communicate confidently with C-level executives and senior managers.
  • Travel as needed for client meetings, events, talks, and webinars to promote Embat.

What are we looking for?

  • Perseverance: Able to maintain dialogue professionally even if initial responses are challenging.
  • Experience: 4+ years in customer-facing roles (sales or client management) with knowledge of B2B software solutions and finance.
  • Team player: Prioritize team success.
  • Native English speaker; additional languages are a plus.

You’ll be our ideal candidate if:

  • You have experience with sales prospecting tools and CRMs (preferably HubSpot).
  • You have sold B2B SaaS solutions to finance departments.
  • You have startup experience.
  • You have international experience and additional languages, supporting our inclusive culture.
