Job summary

ICE - Industrial Cleaning Equipment is seeking a Field Service Engineer to diagnose, service and repair a range of industrial cleaning equipment across the UK. This field-based role lets you work from home while visiting customer sites to meet SLA targets.

You will attend on-site maintenance, carry out PA tests, order parts, update SERVICESMARTPro, and provide clear reports. The ideal candidate has mechanical/electrical knowledge, a full UK driving licence, and strong customer communication

Qualifications

• Field-based UK role with home location acceptable.
• Experience diagnosing, servicing, and repairing industrial cleaning equipment.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality support to customers with courteous communication.
• Attend and complete repairs within the service level agreement.
• Update all jobs in SERVICESMARTPro (SSP) and ensure data accuracy.
