Job summary

Waystone is seeking a Facilities Manager for the UK to lead the UK facilities team, oversee health and safety, ESG activities and budget governance across all UK offices. The role is the first point of contact for the Facilities function in the UK, reporting to the Associate Director of Real Estate & Facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage local UK facilities projects and coordinate with internal stakeholders, local team members and external partners.
• Support UK office moves, fit-outs, desk moves and space utilisation while ensuring timelines and requirements are met.
• Maintain project plans, trackers and budget updates; escalate material risks, issues or decisions as needed.
• Oversee UK facilities vendor portfolio, budgets and compliance with contractual obligations and Waystone policies.
• Establish and maintain governance records, documentation and reports across the UK facilities function.
• Provide day-to-day coaching and mentorship to the UK facilities team and ensure consistent service delivery across UK offices.
