Job summary

Cosentino is seeking a Façades Sales Manager to lead the growth of its UK façade business. The role focuses on developing relationships with architects, façade consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to position Dekton and Cosentino solutions as the preferred façade option.

Ideal candidates will have a strong network in the façade industry, experience driving specification sales, and the ability to open new business opportunities across the UK. Travel across the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Strong track record with architects, façade consultants, contractors and key decision-makers.
• Experience managing project-based sales cycles and complex specifications.
• Knowledge of ventilated façade systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive specification and sales growth for Cosentino façade solutions across the UK.
• Build and strengthen relationships with architects, façade consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Identify and develop new project opportunities from specification through to project completion.
• Collaborate with fabricators, installers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Expand market awareness of Cosentino façade solutions through industry events, presentations, and technical seminars.
• Generate market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
• Track commercial activity and project pipelines through Salesforce CRM.
