Job summary

Winsearch is partnering with a growing specialist façade contractor to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager focused on the UK market. The role is hybrid and field-based across Buckinghamshire and beyond, with a £50,000–£60,000 base salary plus performance bonus and a company car or car allowance.

You will develop relationships with main contractors, developers, architects and façade consultants, driving early-stage opportunities through design, pre-construction, tender and award.

Qualifications

• Façade sector experience with knowledge of design, tendering and delivery.
• Established relationships with main contractors, developers or architects.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to manage a nationwide field-based role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure opportunities within the UK façade market.
• Develop relationships with main contractors, developers and architects.
• Engage with façade consultants, specifiers and project decision-makers.
• Build a pipeline across new-build, refurbishment and remediation projects.
• Qualify opportunities around value, timescale, risk and suitability.
• Support opportunities from enquiry through to contract award.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts.
• Collaborate with estimating, design and operational teams.
