Job summary

Infosys Consulting in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced SAP SD & Project Systems Functional Lead to drive business transformation across Order-to-Cash and Project Lifecycle Management. The role focuses on shaping future-state processes and aligning business strategy with technology capabilities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, run executive workshops, ensure adoption of new processes, and deliver governance through design, testing, deployment and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, or ERP-enabled transformation programmes.
• 10+ years of consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Project Lifecycle Management processes.
• Experience working on SAP-enabled transformation initiatives, particularly within Sales & Distribution and Project Systems environments.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation programmes.
• Project-related mobility / willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives across Sales, Commercial Operations, Project Delivery, and Finance functions.
• Define and drive future-state operating models aligned to strategic business objectives.
• Partner with business leadership teams to identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and optimization.
• Facilitate executive workshops to define transformation vision, objectives, and success measures.
• Drive business readiness and adoption of new processes and ways of working.
• Lead SAP PS solution design and support project lifecycle processes from creation through closure.
• Provision governance throughout design, testing, deployment, and adoption phases.
