• 4+ years leading software and security sales teams.
• Proven track record of over-achieving against sales targets.
• Experience selling to Enterprise UK accounts (up to 40,000 employees) and working with partners such as VARs and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop world-class sales talent while fostering a culture that embraces DE&I.
• Accurately forecast business monthly, quarterly, and yearly while building development plans for each sales representative.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Demand Gen, and other key functions to drive opportunities to closure.
• Act as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans and generate pipeline.
