UK Demand & Intercompany Planning Lead

Job summary

Prysmian seeks an experienced UK Demand Planning & Intercompany Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain planning for its UK units. You will collaborate with Commercial teams, Regional Planners and Local Supply Planners to forecast demand and align capacity, inventory and production plans.

In this role you will coordinate intercompany flows, drive forecast accuracy, develop KPIs, and lead reporting using digital tools such as Power BI and QlikView. Strong stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
• Experience of Kinaxis Demand Planning Software or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UK demand planning process with robust, accurate forecasts.
• Facilitate regular forecast and demand review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate UK intercompany flows with regional counterparts to optimise supply and service levels.
• Create, maintain and continuously improve a suite of Supply Chain KPIs and reporting.
• Utilise digital reporting tools such as Power BI and QlikView to enhance analytics.
