Job summary

Airbus Protect seeks a Sales Manager for the UK (Filton) with deep cybersecurity expertise, especially in Managed Security (SOC/MDR). You will drive UK GTM strategy, expand the client portfolio, and build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives.

Required are 5–10 years in cybersecurity sales, a strong network, and experience with key accounts and complex sales cycles. Fluent English and security clearance eligibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management or IT-related field.
• 5–10 years of sales experience in cybersecurity, preferably with Managed Security (SOC/MDR).
• Strong network within cybersecurity in CNI/Defence/aeronautical sectors.
• Experience in development of key accounts and complex sales cycles.
• Good IT knowledge and familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the UK go-to-market strategy for Airbus Protect.
• Expand external client portfolio in aerospace, CNI and defence sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level, CIOs and CISOs as trusted advisor.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closing.
• Support strategy with market and competitive intelligence; provide revenue forecasts.
