Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• Experience in customs clearance or logistics preferred; entry-level candidates welcome.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong English communication; Chinese language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily import and export customs declarations and related documentation.
• Organise customs clearance data and complete system entry accurately.
• Manage customs duty and tax reconciliation, including tax statements and payment applications.
• Communicate with customers regarding customs documentation and clearance requirements.
• Follow up on customs inspections and resolve clearance issues and exceptions.
• Coordinate with customers, warehouses, customs agents, carriers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare customs-related reports, documents, and operational solutions.
• Support business and cross-functional projects related to customs operations.
• Ensure customs activities comply with relevant UK regulations and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
