Qualifications

• Experience in customs procedures and declaration processes.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customs entries in Customsware or other software.
• Understand Import & Export SOPs for customs.
• Ensure timely data entry into operating systems and shipping files.
• Monitor customs clearances and communicate with customers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and customer instructions.
