Job summary

Porsche Cars GB is offering a placement year to support the Compliance function across the UK group. You will assist with implementation of compliance processes, manage the helpdesk, and support data privacy initiatives while preparing reports for committees.

The role requires an undergraduate degree in business administration, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. You will work with senior management and gain exposure to SAP and OpenText systems.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing an undergraduate degree (business administration or business studies).
• Excellent organizational ability and strong written/oral communication.
• High level PC skills with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Ability to solve problems and work with senior management.
• Confidence to interact with directors and senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance sub-processes and risk assessments across UK group companies.
• Manage the Compliance Helpdesk and assist with queries and issues.
• Assist with data privacy planning, DSARs, and records processing.
• Prepare Compliance Committee reports and training materials.
• Organise training events and maintain training registers.
