Qualifications

• Business related degree and basic accounting knowledge would be helpful.
• Excellent level of PC literacy, including MS Excel.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pre-Owned Manager with analytical and administrative tasks, KPI tracking and performance reporting.
• Collate Residual Value data and monitor monthly movements against competitor models.
• Provide vehicle data to encourage network engagement in end-of-contract Porsche vehicles.
• Monitor online vehicle media quality and support media training for the network.
• Assist with production and distribution of monthly Pre-Owned performance reports.
• Prepare business presentations and support ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Assist with online invoicing process for Network Operations including purchase orders.
