Porsche Cars GB Ltd in Reading is offering a Placement Year internship in HR to support the HR Managers and broader HR Team across Porsche Group Companies in the UK. You will gain hands-on experience in general administration, recruitment support, and onboarding processes.

This role is aimed at undergraduates on a third-year placement, with responsibilities including maintaining employee records, coordinating interviews, assisting with payroll, and helping organise Welcome Days.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 A-Levels at Grade B or above.
• Studying HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related undergraduate degree.
• Ability to work quickly, diligently and efficiently with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• General HR Administration including maintaining employee records and updating data bases.
• Monitoring HR inbox, responding to employee enquiries and drafting letters.
• Organising, chairing and taking minutes at HR Team meetings.
• Supporting payroll processes as required.
• Intern Recruitment: composing job descriptions, advertising roles, shortlisting and interviewing.
• Onboarding new hires, Welcome Days, internship reports and exit interviews.
