Job summary

Circana is seeking a Client Specialist, Operations - Client Service for UK to manage client data inquiries and help resolve data issues. You will act as an internal interface to Operations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure proper resolution and clear communication with external clients.

The role requires strong data experience, excellent English, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Hybrid work arrangement within the UK is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience working with retailer and consumer data.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level).
• Strong communication skills with clients at all levels.
• Solid understanding of market research data and analytics.
• Proven ability to collaborate across internal teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients as their primary contact for data inquiries and operational activity.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality issues, communicating resolutions to clients and internal groups.
• Articulate Circana processes clearly related to data inquiries.
