Job summary

Circana, a leading provider of technology, AI, and data solutions, seeks a client data professional to manage retailer and consumer data inquiries and deliver clear communications to clients. You will troubleshoot data quality issues, collaborate with product and operations, and stay informed on industry categories to support client interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with retailer and consumer data.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Experience communicating with clients at all levels.
• Advanced skills in market research data.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients as their main point of contact for data inquiries and category enhancements.
• Address data quality issues and communicate resolutions, independently or with other teams.
• Articulate Circana processes related to data inquiries clearly.
• Prepare written and verbal communications about issues, findings, resolutions and impacts for external audiences.
• Provide clients with overviews of data changes due to upgrades or launches prior to release.
• Maintain knowledge of industry key categories to support client interaction.
• Gather client feedback and represent needs for internal enhancements.
• Attend client meetings as necessary.
• Collaborate with Practice leads, Commercial teams, Operations and Product to ensure issue resolution and clear communication.
