Job summary

HRString is recruiting for care support workers to provide domiciliary care across the UK, delivering compassionate, person-centered support under supervision from registered nurses and therapists.

Essential requirement: you must be a resident in the UK and have a valid right to work. Previous care experience is welcomed, but training will be provided. Local applicants in Wales/Aberystwyth are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering bedside and personal care.
• Ability to monitor vital signs and report changes.
• Commitment to confidentiality, privacy and dignity of service users.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users.
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
