Job summary

HRString, a well-established domiciliary care provider, is recruiting care support workers in the UK. You will assist with health-care tasks under supervision, monitor vital signs, and help with daily living activities while ensuring dignity and confidentiality.

The role requires residence in the UK and a valid right to work; previous care experience is welcomed but full training will be provided to new staff, with ongoing support from a dedicated manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
