Job summary

HRString is a well-established independent domiciliary care provider in the UK seeking care support workers. You will perform health-care tasks under supervision, assist with personal care and daily living activities, and help with meals and household duties.

Essential requirement: you must reside in the UK with valid right to work. Prior care experience is welcomed but full training will be provided to new staff members.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the UK and have a valid right to work.
• Previous care experience is welcomed but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
