Job summary

HRString is seeking Care Support Workers in the United Kingdom. You will perform essential health-care tasks under supervision, support personal care, meals, and daily living activities, and help maintain client dignity and confidentiality.

Previous care experience is welcomed, and training will be provided to new team members. You must reside in the UK with a valid right to work, and the role involves visiting service users in their homes across the area.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
