Job summary

Crane Building Services and Utilities (BSU) is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive UK sales growth and profitability across Building Services. You will develop effective sales strategies, strengthen customer relationships and lead a high-performing team through cross-functional collaboration.

Key requirements include extensive building services market experience, strong technical knowledge of valve applications and proven ability to work with specifiers, contractors and distributors across

Qualifications

Significant experience of the building services sector and its routes to market.
Technical qualification such as HNC.
Experience with UK specifiers, contractors and end users.
Experience with distributors and supply chain.
People leadership experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
CRM process experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales and pricing strategies for the UK to improve market share and profit margins.
Develop relationships with end users, consultants, contractors and distributors to strengthen Crane’s position.
Lead a high‑performing sales team and coordinate cross‑functional efforts with marketing, product and customer service.
Organise promotions, exhibitions and advertising to support sales activities.
Forecast, plan and manage inventory to ensure timely deliveries.
Collaborate with product teams to develop market-leading products and services.
