Zusammenfassung

360Learning is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our UK team. You will own high-potential accounts, qualify inbound leads, and create opportunities for UK Account Executives while presenting the 360Learning value proposition.

You will work with coaching, marketing operations, and demand gen to build a strong sales pipeline, ramping through onboarding and ongoing training as you grow within the role. This position supports remote work from anywhere in the UK.

Qualifikationen

• 12 months minimum experience hitting targets as a BDR/SDR in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound activities is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.

Aufgaben

• Generate opportunities from top-priority UK accounts and qualify inbound leads for UK Account Executives.
• Pitch the 360Learning value proposition and identify customer pain points.
• Collaborate with marketing, demand gen, and sales teams; participate in onboarding and ongoing coaching.
