Job summary

Digital Science is seeking a VP of Revenue Operations to build and lead the unified commercial operating engine, reporting to the SVP of Operations and partnering with the CRO. You will drive revenue velocity through process ownership, data integrity, and tech stack governance.

You will co-create end-to-end lead-to-renewal workflows, align with segment leaders, and oversee GTM project deliveries. A strong focus on data quality, forecasting, and automation will be essential in this London-based

Qualifications

• Significant, demonstrable experience leading Revenue Operations or equivalent business operations at scale, including CRM ownership.
• Experience building and leading a unified commercial operating engine.
• Experience translating commercial strategies into operational workflows and enablement playbooks.
• Strong data governance, pipeline hygiene and forecasting capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own, standardise and optimise end-to-end lead-to-renewal workflows across the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with CRO and segment leaders to convert strategies into operational workflows.
• Lead GTM rollout projects and cross-functional system launches.
• Oversee BAU operational support for Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams.
• Drive frictionless buying experiences and reduce manual administrative work.
• Champion AI adoption to improve efficiency and scalability of commercial ops.
