IREKS U.K. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) in the North West of England to drive profitable growth and develop strong, long-term customer relationships within the UK B2B division.

You will identify opportunities in existing and new markets, collaborate across teams, and represent IREKS in industry associations. Willingness to travel within the UK and abroad is expected. The role reports to the Director of Sales and offers a permanent, full-time position with opportunities

Qualifikationen

• Proven B2B sales leadership experience in a senior role.
• Sound knowledge of the baking industry in the UK market and its customer landscape.
• Strong communication, presentation and social skills.
• Strategic mindset, commercial understanding, customer focus and ability to lead change.
• Competent in CRM Systems and MS Office tools.

• Drive sales, business development and profitable growth for the UK B2B division.
• Build and maintain strong and long-term focused customer relationships.
• Develop strategies to grow revenue in existing and new customer segments, channels and markets.
• Identify opportunities for new business growth, product expansion and market penetration.
