Job summary

Union Bancaire Privée is seeking a Client Service Manager for the UK to serve as the primary contact for Institutional and Wholesale clients across the region. You will collaborate with sales, interfacing with Investment Management, Operations, Product and Compliance to deliver a superior client experience throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in client services, relationship management or business development within asset management.
• Familiarity with investment products and strategies relevant to Institutional and Wholesale clients (UCITS, segregated mandates, alternatives etc.).
• A good understanding of the UK Institutional and Wholesale investor landscape and its evolution.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• IMC certification strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential; French is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Institutional and Wholesale clients.
• Collaborate with sales to design, implement and monitor regional sales strategy.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing requests, queries and reporting requirements.
• Work with internal teams (Portfolio Management, Operations, Legal and Compliance) to meet client lifecycle needs.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports that show pipeline activity and client engagement.
