Job summary

Union Bancaire Privée is seeking an experienced Institutional Client Service Manager in the United Kingdom. You will serve as a key contact for Institutional and Wholesale clients and collaborate with sales, investment management, operations, and compliance teams to deliver a superior client experience and drive growth.

Based in the UK, you will work across the client lifecycle, contribute to business development, and own CRM strategy and data integrity to support regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in client services, relationship management, or business development within asset management.
• Familiarity with institutional and wholesale investment products and UK landscape.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide reporting and market insight.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Institutional and Wholesale clients across UK, delivering exceptional service.
• Support regional sales, coordinate client lifecycle activities and market our solutions.
• Act as Salesforce champion, ensuring data accuracy and building dashboards/reports.
