• 8+ years of direct, demonstrable experience in private banking support.
• Strong knowledge of private banking processes and financial products, including KYC/AML.

• Experience with international client books and cross-border operations.

Responsibilities

• Process client instructions: transfers, payments, FX, deposits monitoring.
• Support investment activities: securities processing and product recommendations.
• Support credit processes: applications, reviews, drawdowns.
• Serve as primary contact for international clients and coordinate with internal teams.
• Prepare onboarding and periodic review documentation to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance and other internal teams on annual reviews and onboarding.
