Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Client-focused, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management support roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant work experience.
• Proficient with AI tools for productivity while ensuring ethical use.

Responsabilités

• Support RMs in the UK with building out the client base.
• Manage account opening and ensure KYC documentation is complete.
• Coordinate with departments for timely account openings.
• Maintain ongoing client service through account maintenance and admin tasks.
• Support periodic client reviews in line with KYC policies.
• Process and follow up on client payment instructions; assist growth of pipeline.
