UBP - Union Bancaire Privée is seeking a dynamic Client Service Manager for the UK to act as the primary contact for Institutional and Wholesale clients. You will drive client relationships, collaborate with sales, and ensure top-tier service across the client lifecycle.

You will work with Investment Management, Operations, Legal and Compliance to meet client needs, while promoting Salesforce adoption and CRM excellence in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in client services, relationship management or business development within asset management.
• Knowledge of investment products and strategies for Institutional and Wholesale clients (UCITS, segregated mandates, alternatives).
• Strong understanding of the UK Institutional and Wholesale investor landscape and its evolution.

Responsabilités

• Client Relationship Management: build and maintain trust-based relationships with Institutional and Wholesale clients.
• Sales Support: contribute to the design, implementation and monitoring of the regional sales strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Portfolio Management, Operations, Legal and Compliance to meet client requirements at every stage of the client lifecycle.
• Act as primary contact for clients, addressing requests, queries and reporting requirements g in a timely and professional manner.
• Structure and coordinate the sales effort across all stages of the client lifecycle.
• Conduct market segmentation, lead qualification analysis and develop prospecting plans to support client acquisition initiatives.
• CRM / Salesforce Champion: promote best practices and drive adoption within the region.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of all client data within the CRM system; design and maintain dashboards and reports.
