Röhlig Logistics Heathrow is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our UK air freight portfolio. You will generate opportunities, win new customers, and shape tailored logistics solutions across the UK.

You will build lasting relationships with shippers and internal teams, negotiate rates, and drive revenue via a robust sales cycle. The role rewards performance with a competitive base salary and commission.

Qualificações

• Proven freight forwarding sales experience, ideally with air freight knowledge.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and results-driven.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across teams.
• Understanding of freight forwarding margins and service quality.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and manage new business opportunities across the UK, focused on air freight.
• Build relationships with customers, prospects and internal stakeholders.
• Own the full sales process from meetings to rate negotiations and onboarding.
