Job summary

Pfizer’s Access & Value UK team leads evidence generation to support reimbursement and US/UK launch strategies. The role focuses on optimising evidence strategies for HTA submissions, identifying gaps, and planning RWE studies with cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate will work with HTA and A&A to drive reimbursement strategy, manage multiple pipeline assets, and ensure timely, high-quality evidence generation aligned with UK requirements.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate qualification in epidemiology/public health or related field.
• Experience in RWE and HTA/market access across industry or consultancy.
• Supported/led observational research in UK databases with clear study designs and analysis plans.
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop evidence gap analyses and strategies for assets across therapy areas.
• Identify and support patient-centered study requirements for reimbursement.
• Lead end-to-end RWE projects with senior support, including vendor management and SOP compliance.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships to keep evidence plans aligned with business needs.
