Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Manager-level professional to lead an optimised evidence strategy for UK HTA submissions within the O&E team. You will identify gaps, prioritise impactful evidence, and plan real-world studies in close collaboration with HTA and A&A teams to align with UK launches and global strategies.

The role emphasizes experience in RWE, UK databases, and strong stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality evidence for reimbursement and access decisions.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate qualification in epidemiology/public health or other relevant degree.
• Strong project management, strategic and analytic skills.
• Experience supporting RWE studies and HTA/market access.
• Able to manage multiple assets with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop evidence gap analyses and strategies for assets across therapy areas.
• Identify patient-centered study requirements for reimbursement with Outcomes Research scientists.
• Develop business cases to seek funding for studies and present impact on reimbursement.
• Lead RWE projects end-to-end, including vendor management and SOP/ABPI compliance.
• Maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to keep evidence plans aligned with business needs.
• Stay updated on UK datasets, analytics platforms, and RWE methods for faster evidence generation.
• Provide training to develop RWE methodology within the team.
