Job summary

UCB S.A. is seeking a strategic HEOR Strategy Lead to shape global payer evidence and HTA strategies across the product lifecycle. You will join the Patient Evidence team and influence development and commercialization with evidence generation plans.

Based in Brussels, Slough, or Monheim, this hybrid role offers collaboration across markets and functions, including real world evidence, medical affairs, and clinical development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Health Economics, Market Access, Outcomes Research, Public Health, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 8+ years of pharma industry experience, including consultancy where relevant.
• Experience in global or matrix organizations with intercontinental exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine global HEOR and payer evidence strategies aligned with asset and market access objectives.
• Design and deliver HEOR evidence generation activities including cost-effectiveness and budget impact models, literature reviews, and QoL studies.
• Build asset value assessments and support pricing and value strategies.
• Communicate economic value stories for assets and indications.
• Influence clinical development programs to meet payer HTA requirements globally.
• Represent HTA and payer perspectives within cross-functional teams.
