Ralph Lauren Corporation invites a talented designer to join its Architecture and Design Studio in London. The role focuses on selecting and installing decorative elements that bring the brand vision to life across retail spaces, while ensuring operational excellence.

You will collaborate with architecture, store design, merchandising and visual teams, develop inspiration boards, manage budgets, and lead store decoration projects from procurement through installation.

Qualifications

• Interior design background through education and/or relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3 full cycles experience in interior design or store development luxury retail or high-end residential.
• Strong organizational and proactive project management capabilities.
• Technical proficiency in architectural/construction drawing interpretation, space planning, and layout visualization.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and/or SketchUp (preferred).
• Ability to lead multiple projects in a dynamic environment; source elements; manage budgets; build cross-team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present innovative design concepts through inspiration boards
• Research, source, and select decorative elements that align with brand aesthetic
• Manage decorative items lifecycle from procurement through installation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with architecture, store design, merchandising, and visual teams
• Maintain comprehensive archives of decorative materials and project specifications
• Lead new store decorative installations and renovation projects
• Develop and oversee project budgets
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions
