Job summary

Huel in Birmingham is seeking a UI/UX Designer to elevate the customer journey across our ecommerce platform. You will design across landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and account areas, working closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Content teams.

With 2–4 years of experience and a strong portfolio, you will help shape our design system and drive conversion improvements while collaborating in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in e-commerce or conversion-focused roles.
• Strong portfolio showing measurable improvements in CVR, AOV, or retention.
• Comfort with UX research, usability testing, and iterative design.

Responsibilities

• Design experiences across the full customer journey on Huel.com, including landing, product, and checkout flows.
• Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Creative and Content teams to implement features.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system for consistency and clarity.
• Run or support UX research and usability testing to uncover pain points and motivations.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data to improve conversion and retention.
• Suggest enhancements that boost CVR, AOV, and customer retention.
